Delete an Access Level

If an Access Level is no longer needed, you can remove it from the Botsi Dashboard.

Keep in mind that the default Premium Access Level is automatically created when setting up a new app and cannot be deleted.

To Delete an Access Level

1. Once logged in, go to Paywalls & Products in the left sidebar.
2. Select the Access Levels tab. You will see a list of Access Levels.
3. Click the three vertical dots icon next to the access level you want to remove and select Delete.

4. In the window that pops up, the system will request you to enter the Access Level ID to confirm your choice.
5. Click Delete forever. It will now disappear from the list.

Note

If the Access Level you are attempting to delete is linked to a Product, the system will display a warning message and prevent you from deleting it.
