Justfit onboarding screen 2: The notification prompt fires on the very first interaction, before they've shown you anything — The notification prompt fires on the very first interaction, before they've shown you anything. That's the worst time to ask, intent is at zero. I'd move it after the plan reveal and frame it by benefit (workout reminders) instead of the raw iOS prompt.

Justfit onboarding screen 3: — "I will ask you some questions to design a personalized plan." Framing the quiz as personalization up front sets the expectation that every question pays off in a tailored result. Login sits here too so returning users skip the whole flow.

Justfit onboarding screen 4

Justfit onboarding screen 5: — "What motivates you most" leads with feel more confident and find self love, not pounds. Opening on emotional aspiration instead of a number. This is the zero-party data the later screens and the paywall should echo back.

Justfit onboarding screen 18: A projection curve personalized to — A projection curve personalized to "men in their 20s" with a specific timeline: delayed at first, then after 7 days you burn calories like crazy. Goal gradient plus the named segment proves the quiz answers are actually being used.

Justfit onboarding screen 22: — "Have you suffered injuries in these areas? We'll filter unsuitable workouts for you." A question that names its own payoff. People answer more honestly when they can see how the data gets used.

A social-proof break in the same slot apps usually use for a goal-gradient nudge, keeps motivation up while you answer questions.

Justfit onboarding screen 32: After the flexibility question they tell you — After the flexibility question they tell you "your flexibility is better than 75% of users." A flattering instant-feedback moment that makes the quiz feel personalized and keeps you tapping through.

Justfit onboarding screen 37: — "1,000,000 users, 83% say the plan is easy to follow." Social proof stacked right before the plan build. Specific numbers land better than "millions."

Justfit onboarding screen 43: — "Here's how weight loss can change your face," 160 to 120 lbs morph. Selling an outcome people care about more than the scale number. Aspirational and visual, right where you want belief building.

Justfit onboarding screen 49: — "Creating your personal plan" loading bar that drips social proof while it spins (1M users, 4.8 rating, 24.8k reviews). The wait does double duty: it makes the personalization feel like real work and stacks proof right before the price.

Justfit onboarding screen 55: The payoff screen: a calendar with a marked — The payoff screen: a calendar with a marked "success" date and "you'll be 160 lbs by 3 June." One problem, the chart climbs upward and the copy says "83% gained 15lbs," which reads backwards for a weight-loss app. Looks like a copy bug, and it undercuts the exact moment you're trying to build belief.

Justfit onboarding screen 56: Week-by-week plan preview before the paywall (body awakening, fat burning, week 1 to 4) — Week-by-week plan preview before the paywall (body awakening, fat burning, week 1 to 4). Showing the real product builds enough perceived value to justify the ask. Better than a wall with no peek.

Justfit onboarding screen 57

Justfit onboarding screen 58

Justfit onboarding screen 60: — "Start 7 day free trial" as the lead-in to the paywall. Framing the ask as a trial instead of a purchase lowers the commitment before the price even shows.

Justfit paywall with pricing, onboarding screen 61 — Three tiers with 12 months set as Popular and defaulted, a 7-day trial, and "No payment now." Annual default with trial sends high-quality buyers to the ad networks, and "no payment now" answers the upfront-cost objection. The $19.99 monthly reads like a decoy doing its job. I'd test it against a two-plan layout.

Justfit onboarding screen 62

Justfit onboarding screen 63

Justfit onboarding screen 64: Hit the X and you get — Hit the X and you get "Still hesitating? Personalized Plan" with the same three tiers. Most people never buy on the first paywall, so a second ask catches some of them on the way out.

Urgency plus an anchor. Note it drops the free trial, so they're trading the trial for a discount to pull a different kind of buyer.

The purchase failed, so they keep the offer live and also point you at a first workout. Good that there's a clear first task instead of a blank dashboard.
