Jacob Rushfinn

Co-Founder & CEO

Jacob Rushfinn cofounded Botsi and leads it as CEO. He and Jason Schubert built the company on a single conviction: price is the deciding factor in whether someone subscribes, so every user should see the price that is right for them rather than one global number. Botsi trains a custom AI model for each app to deliver exactly that across pricing, paywalls, and offers.

Before Botsi, Jacob spent his career on subscription growth. He was Automattic's first app marketer for the WordPress mobile app and led product marketing at Elevate Labs, maker of Balance, Google Play's Best App of 2021. He writes the weekly Retention.Blog, hosts the Price Power podcast, and authored The 48 Laws of Subscription App Success. He holds a marketing and psychology degree from Northeastern University.

Jason Schubert, Co-Founder of Botsi

Jason Schubert

Co-Founder

Jason Schubert is a serial mobile-monetization founder whose career has centered on one question: how apps turn attention into revenue. He built and ran inBrain.ai, Zap Surveys, and Apps That Pay, businesses that reached millions of users and drove millions of monthly completed surveys and real payouts across the mobile ecosystem.

He also cofounded Abstrakt Capital, which backs and builds consumer and monetization companies. Botsi is the throughline of that work: personalized pricing that captures what each user is actually willing to pay.

William Schubert

Co-Founder

William Schubert ran operations at inBrain.ai as it scaled to millions of users and through its acquisition by Dynata. He cofounded Abstrakt Capital, which backs and builds consumer and monetization companies, and he holds an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School.

His job at Botsi is to turn a fast-moving AI product into a company clients can depend on, building the operating foundation that lets the technology scale. He does that work alongside his cofounder and brother Jason.

Joshua Jarvis, CTO & Founding Engineer of Botsi

Joshua Jarvis

CTO & Founding Engineer

Joshua Jarvis is Botsi's CTO and founding engineer, with more than 15 years shipping scalable SaaS, web, and mobile platforms. He was Director of Product and Engineering at Dynata, one of the world's largest data and insights companies, after leading engineering at inBrain.ai.

At Botsi he owns the systems that train a custom AI model for every app and then price, test, and optimize in real time, turning research-grade modeling into production infrastructure that apps can trust.

Headquartered in New York.

Botsi is headquartered in New York. We started in Charlotte, North Carolina, and relocated in 2026, so you may still see Charlotte in earlier coverage of the company.

The team works across four locations, close to the app publishers and growth teams we partner with.
